Off to College Safety 

The excitement and satisfaction that students and their parents feel when the student gets a college acceptance letter is frequently replaced with a bit of angst that hits about two weeks before heading off to that college. That angst is based on the fact that, for the first time, the student is going to be away from their parents and their educators are no longer "in loco parentis" or "acting as the parent."

We have developed a simple presentation for both students and their parents designed to maintain the excitement of the college experience while understanding there are a few simple safety related steps that will go a long way towards avoiding common dangers on and around campus.
